Shipping Within India

  • We deliver across most pin codes in India through reliable logistics partners.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Once shipped, deliveries generally take 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Note: Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for order processing or courier operations.


Free Shipping

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹200.
  • For orders below ₹200, a minimal shipping fee will apply at checkout. Charges may vary depending on your delivery location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking ID and link.
  • You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real time.
  • If your tracking details are not updated within 48 hours, please reach out to us at support@maatitva.com.

Address & Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correct during checkout.
  • Maatitva is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete address details.
  • If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the courier service may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

Possible Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, certain situations may cause delays, including:

  • Natural events like floods, storms, or lockdowns
  • Strikes or regional disruptions
  • High order volumes during festive seasons or new product launches
  • Remote or less-accessible delivery areas

We’ll always keep you informed of any unexpected delays as best we can.


Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a parcel that is damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Kindly refuse delivery and inform us right away at support@maatitva.com.
  • If you’ve already accepted the delivery, please email us clear photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours, so we can initiate a resolution.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We’re working toward making Maatitva accessible globally and will keep our community updated on future availability.
