At Maatitva, we craft every product with care and intention. While we hope you love what you receive, we understand that sometimes things may not work out. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully based on product categories.
Product Categories & Return Eligibility
Yoga Mats & Yoga Bags
- Returns & refunds are not available for these items due to hygiene and packaging integrity concerns.
We appreciate your understanding.
General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return on eligible products:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the original condition as received.
- It must include all original packaging, tags, and labels.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Items not eligible for return include:
- Rakhi
- Gifts
We require a valid order number or receipt to process any return request.
⚠️ Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer directly.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
We may offer partial refunds in the following cases:
- Items returned with visible signs of wear or use
- Products not in original packaging
- Missing components not caused by us
- Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery
Each case will be assessed individually.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received your item.
- We’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank or payment account.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days to reflect.
- Reach out to your bank for any processing delays.
If you’ve done all the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@maatitva.com.
Sale & Discounted Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer free exchanges in the event that:
- Your item is defective, damaged, or
- The fit or size is not as expected
For exchanges (e.g., same item in a different size or color), contact us at support@maatitva.com with your order details.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
- Once we receive the return, a gift code will be emailed to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
